Discover this 12.9-mile one-way trail, a level trail that follows the shore of Eklutna Lake, eventually leading to the moraines of Eklutna Glacier. This trail is great for walking, biking, or ATV adventures in the summer, and cross-country skiing or snowshoeing in the winter months.

Dogs: Welcome, on a leash.

Parking: All Chugach State Park trails require a day-use parking pass or parking decal. 

As with all trails in Alaska, hikers should be prepared, dress in layers, and bring plenty of water, snacks, sunscreen, a map of the area, and bear spray. Note: There is no cell service at Eklutna Lake.
