Hiking, gold panning, dog sledding, rafting, aerial tram viewing, hand tram riding, craft beer sampling, and a guided scenic shuttle tour down Turnagain Arm in Cook Inlet are all experiences you can choose to have with us! Based in Anchorage, Alaska your adventure will begin with a magnificent tour down one of the nation’s most beautiful highways with amazing scenery. Your personable guides will take you to Girdwood, where you will be immersed in an exciting full day experience. You can choose to hike an easy trail in the northernmost rainforest, gold pan at the still operational historic Crow Creek mine, dog sled with an Iditarod veteran down the old Iditarod trail, take the closest class II and III guided whitewater raft trip in the Anchorage area, hand tram yourself 100 feet over the rushing Glacier Creek, or take an aerial tram ride up Mount Alyeska where you can enjoy views of glaciers in the high alpine setting. Be sure to keep your eyes open for wildlife, such as, moose, bear, dall sheep, beluga whales, bald eagles or other Alaskan critters that may pop up. Some of our adventure packages even include wetting your whistle at the tail end of your adventure with a 4 beer sample paddle at a local craft microbrewery in Girdwood. Lunch and a light snack are provided with all of our adventure packages.
