Alaskan Footprints’ mission is to provide fun, experience-driven tours to travelers in the Anchorage area. The Alaskan spirit and the 49th state's first-rate hospitality is legendary, and our goal is to be ambassadors of that claim so you can see it for yourselves. We are passionate about showing off our home and can’t wait to take you on a tour of our city and state. Co-Founders Dan and Chris Morris are travelers themselves, having been all over the world. We remember the exhilaration of seeing one-of-a-kind places, tasting exotic foods, and meeting extraordinary people for the first time. It’s what drives us to give those same thrills to our guests. Seeing those same emotions on the faces of travelers and being able to deliver an unforgettable experience brings us joy. The summer of 2022 will be our soft opening. We are doing walking food tours in the downtown area so we can learn from you, our customers, so that we can better serve your needs in the future. We are starting with walking tours, but we plan on expanding to more adventurous excursions and sightseeing of Anchorage in 2023. Stay tuned!

We are looking for a tour guide to work occasionally to fill in when we cannot run our tours ourselves. This would be a perfect option for retired guides or someone who wants to work a few hours a week. Must be available Tuesday - Sunday, between the hours of 1:00 - 6:30. Must be able to be on your feet for 4 - 5 hours a day. Good verbal communication skills are a must and the ability to adapt to changes.
