November hotel revenue saw modest gains year over year for 2019, with more than $14.1 million in hotel revenue reported for the month. ADR was down less than 1%, with demand up just under 1%.
Those results makes 2019 one of the best Novembers for revenue on record, though the month typically accounts for just 5% of annual hotel revenue. Year to date, Anchorage is tracking to see improvements in terms of demand, rate, and revenue.
