Great Alaskan Holidays announces it has been awarded the 2018 Circle of Excellence Award; Recognizing Excellence in Sales and Customer Service from Winnebago Industries.
The Winnebago Circle of Excellence
Winnebago began presenting the Circle of Excellence award to the best dealerships in North America since 1986. Dealerships such as Great Alaskan Holidays, are only recognized after successfully demonstrating they exceeded Winnebago’s expectations in terms of service, customer satisfaction and sales. Winnebago holds their dealerships to the highest of industry standards, offering the best dealership network in the RV industry. Through honoring dealerships such as Great Alaskan Holidays, Winnebago has shown its commitment to providing a higher level of service than other RV manufacturers. A dealership's Circle of Excellence score is based on the four critical categories:
- Purchase and delivery satisfaction
- Customer satisfaction based on a survey six months after purchase
- A marketing and sales assessment evaluating the dealership's sales, stocking levels and more
- A service and parts assessment based on the dealership's parts inventory, warranties, service training, certified technicians, and traveling customer care
