Hotel performance in February slowed significantly in 2020, failing to meet the high-water marks set in 2019. Hotel revenue was down 15% year over year; yet with $13.3 million in revenue, it was still the second best February on record. Demand dropped 11% year over year, and ADR slid 4%.

February performance would reflect only the international effects of coronavirus on travel - if any at all. However, there's significant concern about tourism broadly in the months ahead.
