Jack Sprat is an independently owned and operated, full-service restaurant at the base of Alyeska Mountain. Serving world cuisine in a cozy casual setting. We create health-conscious food with a balance between meat and vegan choices. Jack Sprat is open year-round. Our service is five nights per week with a focus on fresh and local ingredients. The community of Girdwood is a small mountain town. Girdwood is unique and friendly with access to the "big city" of Anchorage, just 40 miles away along a national scenic byway. Jack Sprat is a fun and creative restaurant. We are looking to expand our team to meet the demands of our growing customer base and bustling winter season.
Starting Wage: $65,000
