We're seeking a hospitality-focused Guest Services Specialist to join our team in the scenic Eklutna Valley located in the mountains above Anchorage, Alaska. This role blends housekeeping, guest interaction, and retail service in a boutique alpine setting.
As a Guest Services Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at BlueWater BaseCamp. This position includes cleaning and preparing guest chalets, greeting and assisting guests during check-in/out, and supporting retail operations in our on-site shop. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working independently in a beautiful mountain setting. We hire great team members with positive, can-do attitudes and train for the job skills. Housing is possibly available, and long-term employment is an option for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Clean and prepare guest chalets. 8 luxury chalets total. Welcome and support guests during their stay Assist with retail sales Work as a team with the General Manager doing a plethora of things around the property.
