Food Bank of Alaska is serving up a chic Alaska party! Learn culinary secrets from the classics of Orso, Kinley’s Restaurant and the UAA Culinary Arts Program. Evenings festivities will be conducted by the Spamalicious Mr. Whitekeys! Watch chefs prepare food in FBA’s warehouse amidst millions of pounds of food. Proceeds benefit Food Bank of Alaska and the scholarship fund of the Alaska Culinary Association. Tickets are $100.00 in advance, and $125.00 at the door.
