Kenai Fjords Tours has been recognized by the Anchorage Alaska Bed & Breakfast Association (AABBA) with 2015 awards for Best Tour Experience and Innovative Approach to Making Guests Feel Special.
Every year, the AABBA acknowledges businesses with notable service provisions and customer service in the tourism industry. Awards are given based on organization members’ comments.
“We saw 4 or 5 whales breach. I took my employee as my guest and she was thrilled with the trip. I was happy to be able to offer that to her. I was an enthusiastic promote of that trip all summer long when my guests asked me what would be the best and coolest thing to do while in town. The boat was nice and comfortable and included and all-you-can-eat buffet. It was a great kickoff to a wonderful summer,” said one organization member.
Kenai Fjords Tours is proud of this accomplishment and strives to exceed expectations of all guests.
