Alaska's world-class, premier ski area is 40 scenic miles south of downtown Anchorage. An increasingly popular international alpine destination, The Hotel Alyeska is the site of many international competitions, including the 1992 World Junior Alpine Championships and the 2004, 2007 and 2009 U.S. Alpine Championships

The Hotel Alyeska offers 304 elegantly decorated rooms, more than 15,000 square feet of meeting space, and restaurant variety that includes award-winning Seven Glaciers atop Mt. Alyeska.

The resort offers skiing for all skill levels, from its base 250 feet above sea level to an elevation of 2,750 feet, including a terrain park and half-pipe. Backcountry terrain is accessible via dog sled, heli-skiing, snowmobile and snowcat, with miles and miles of untamed Nordic Ski Trails available through Moose Meadows and beyond.
