Registration Assistance

ACVB is pleased to offer the following services to meeting planners:

Registration Assistance
ACVB provides registration assistants to supplement the group's registration staff. Assistants help with registration, assemble registration packets, type, cashier, aid in media and meeting rooms, and provide Anchorage and Alaska information to convention delegates.

Critters
Welcome delegates to Anchorage with five "Wild" dancing critters. Human-size costumes of a beaver, eagle, ram and brown bear, plus "Seymour of Anchorage," our community's moose mascot and symbol of hospitality, are available for use. Costumes come with the lively "Wild About Anchorage" dance music.

Publicity
Select media lists are available for distributing news releases and information about the Anchorage meeting. Groups that meet attendance qualifications will receive a special community greeting displayed storefront by local Anchorage businesses.
