Dena’ina Center Opening - Come Celebrate! The Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center is opening early and on budget! ACVB, with help from members and many community partners, has planned a very special, Alaska-size Opening Celebration, Oct. 18 - 19, 2008, with a variety of BIG WILD events. Beginning at 10 a.m., free, family-friendly festivities will include live entertainment, a trade show, and a street fair along F Street showcasing the connectivity between the Dena'ina Center, Town Square and the Egan Center.
