4:50 p.m.
Use Post Road Gate to access parking area. Note: You will see signage that says this gate is for passholders only – your media pass and parking permit allows you access to this gate.

5 p.m.
Suggested media arrival time at parking lot located at 20th & Luke Ave. on base. Walking from the parking lot to Hanger 2 (11525 on 2008 Air Show Parking Lot Layout) is like walking from A to P Streets. Media entrance is on the left side of building and will be marked with signage. Go to second floor conference room.

5:30 p.m.
Media briefing with Tech. Sgt. Bill Granger, PACAF Band and lead planner for the concert on base, and 3rd Wing Public Affairs staff. He will talk about logistics of the concert.

The 3rd Wing Public Affairs staff and Wynonna Judd’s representatives will give the media ground rules and identify shot locations.

6:30 p.m.
Move into place for shot of flag drop (it takes place at 6:45 p.m.)
After shot, return to media center. Media will be escorted to upper level photo area (limited visibility) on left side of stage.

Media will be escorted for floor access for first three Wynonna songs. If media wish to leave and then return later, they may, but be advised that traffic may hinder their return.

9 p.m.
Return to second floor media room.

9:30 p.m.
Move into place for missing man formation flyover and bonfire shot Front row, 500 feet from bonfire, should be able to get good shot of B-25 Mitchell and fire start.
