Anchorage Wants to be Part of Global Monopoly!
When you pass GO!, you could collect a Big Wild Life™. The Anchorage Convention & Visitors Bureau is asking all Anchorage residents to visit www.monopoly.com and nominate Anchorage, Alaska, as a "wild card" city to be added to the new Monopoly Here & Now: The World Edition game board.
Anchorage supporters can cast online ballots and write in "Anchorage, Alaska," at www.monopoly.com.
Site users can vote once per day throughout the voting period, ending February 28, 2008. Parker Brothers will announce the top 20 nominated cities across the world on Leap Day 2008 (Feb. 29, 2008). We're only a few votes away from the leader board, according to Hasbro! So please help us get the word out!
