Arrive at Ted Stevens International Airport in Anchorage, Alaska. (airfare not included)
Enjoy the day on your own as you explore all that Anchorage has to offer. Head downtown to Anchorage’s Ship Creek and cast your rod into the mouth of one of Anchorage’s hottest salmon spots.

7 p.m. - A dinner of succulent Alaska wild-caught seafood at one of the city’s gourmet restaurants.

All Day - Fly-out early in the morning for a fishing trip of a lifetime to Redoubt Mountain Lodge with flight provided by Trail Ridge Air. 9 a.m. - Return to Anchorage compliments of Trail Ridge Air.
11 a.m. - Enjoy a day exploring the rich heritage of Alaska's eleven cultural groups at the Alaska Native Heritage Center. Visitors to the Alaska Native Heritage Center learn of ways long ago, the wisdom of the elders, and the traditions of a vibrant culture that endures.
6 p.m. - Attend Cook your Catch class at Allen & Petersen's Cooking & Appliance Center . The experienced chefs at Allen & Petersen guide you every step of the way as you prepare the perfect fillet.

9 a.m. - Salmon Berry Tours offers many exciting ways to experience America's Last Frontier throughout the entire year. Their team of professional tour guides and their tour packages strive to provide you with a truly genuine and memorable Alaska experience. You’ll head out on the Sourdough Circuit tour for a day of unparallel adventure including visiting a historic gold mine, a short breath-taking hike and rafting class 3 rapids.
6 p.m. - Dinner at Kincaid Grill. Dine on fine Alaska cuisine at Kincaid Grill as award-winning, local celebrity Chef Al Levinsohn prepares a delightful meal just for you, featuring Alaska sustainable wild-caught seafood.

Noon - Attend 2008 Annual Fish Alaska Recipe Contest Cook-off at the Kincaid Grill. Watch as finalists prepare a small serving of their finest dishes for each of the judges and a larger sampling for guests. Recipes will be judged on originality, taste, visual appeal, texture and nutritional content.
