Terms of Use Agreement

All images are the property of the Anchorage Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB). Images downloaded from this CD are intended for one-time use only in the promotion of Anchorage and Alaska. Images cannot be duplicated, sold or used for commercial resale items. Any other use, such as advertisement, requires written authorization from the photographer(s) and the ACVB. Photo credits are required and must be placed adjacent to all photographs. At minimum, the credit should read "Photo Courtesy of Anchorage Convention & Visitors Bureau." When possible, credits should also include cut-line/caption identifying the subject of the photo. These Terms of Use policies and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the user and ACVB. Failure to comply may result in an injunction, general damages, and/or punitive damages being accessed in favor of the owners of the images. User agrees the prevailing party in a legal proceeding shall be entitled to reasonably attorney fees and costs. |
