Visitor Leads - Free

Visitor Guide requests can be downloaded online or by contacting your membership representative. In addition, members with a working e-mail address can respond directly to questions e-mailed by visitors, travel trade, meeting planners or other ACVB members via www.Anchorage.net

Convention Calendar and Meeting Contacts - Free

Available on www.Anchorage.net, the Convention Calendar lists the “who, what, where and when” of conventions booked for Anchorage. A two-year out calendar is updated monthly, and includes the meeting planner contact and information about the group.

Trade Show Invitation & Leads - Free

As part of ACVB’s effort to attract meetings and conventions and connect the buyer (travel trade) and the seller (ACVB member), the Convention Meetings Sales & Service (CMSS) and Tourism Development Sales teams attend many trade shows and convention attendance promoters each year. Members are encouraged to get involved by sharing a booth with ACVB at a reduced cost.

Qualified tour leads from national and international trade show attendees/vendors are available in the password-protected Membership section at www.Anchorage.net, or via e-mail upon request.

Cruise Ship Calendar – Free

This schedule of cruise ship dockings alerts members as to when cruise passengers will be coming through Anchorage. A great tool when scheduling staff, as well as determining when to conduct special events or promotions.
